A multi-floral honey collected by Honeybees on the Bonavista Peninsula in Eastern Newfoundland. These bees are not treated with pesticides, miticides or medicated as Newfoundland is free from Varroa and other pests and pathogens which affect honey bees in the rest of the world. From early season colt's foot and dandelions to the autumn asters and goldenrod, all the flavours of the bee friendly flora of Newfoundland and Labrador are present in this pure and natural product of nature.
Raw honey may appear cloudy due to crystallization. This is natural for unpasteurized honey which can be, if preferred, re-liquified by gently warming the honey until it clears.
