Newfoundland Salt Company is confident you will enjoy the superior quality of our artisanal sea salt. We stand by our product which is why we do not offer refunds but we will replace any product that does not meet our high quality standards.

If we have made an error in your shipment, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can address it as quickly as possible. Please contact us by email with any concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Most orders are packed same day and shipped next day. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not yet been processed or shipped.
