Notre sel de mer de finition* fumé au genévrier est fumé pendant au moins huit heures au bois de genévrier rampant, ce qui lui confère une saveur aromatique et herbacée. 

*Les sels de finitions sont ajoutés après la cuisson.

Utilisation :

Utilisez-le pour apprêter la viande, le poisson, le gibier, le tofu, les œufs, les plats de pâtes à base de fromage, ou pour rehausser vos sauces.
