CANADA

We offer free shipping on all orders of $200 or more within Canada. On orders less than $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies. 

US 

We currently do not ship to the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide (except the US) but we cannot process online orders outside of Canada. Please email us to place an international order.

DELIVERY INFO

We use Canada Post and Purolator for all shipments. Orders generally ship 1-2 times per week. 

Newfoundland Salt Company is not responsible for any delayed packages due to the carrier. If your package is delayed, please send us an email with your order number and we will open an investigation. Please note that this can be a very slow process. While we will do everything in our power to locate, track and get your package moving, we are not responsible for the package being delayed and we do not offer refunds until the investigation has concluded with the carrier.
